User Data Deletion
You may request deletion of data stored locally by Lena Veyss System in connection with a conversation with @lenaveyss.
How to Submit a Request
- Email finepixelai@gmail.com.
- Use the subject: Instagram Data Deletion Request.
- Provide the Instagram username concerned. Never send your password or an access token.
- If necessary, we may ask for a safe confirmation that the requester controls the relevant account.
What Will Be Deleted
After successful verification, we will remove from the system's local files the conversation history associated with the sender identifier and relevant technical message identifiers, unless continued retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Time to Complete a Request
We will acknowledge the request and complete it without undue delay, normally within 30 days. A confirmation will be sent to the email address used to contact us.
Data Held by Meta
This procedure applies to data stored by Lena Veyss System. Messages and other data stored on Instagram's systems are controlled by Meta and may need to be managed using the settings or procedures provided directly by Instagram.
