1. Data Controller and Contact
The controller of data processed through Lena Veyss System is the operator of the Instagram profile @lenaveyss. For privacy questions or requests concerning access to or deletion of personal data, contact finepixelai@gmail.com.
2. Data We Process
When a user initiates a conversation with @lenaveyss, the system may process the sender identifier provided by Instagram, the message identifier, message content and the content of the reply. The system also maintains a daily count of new messages.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Data is used only to receive messages, preserve short-term conversation context, prepare and send replies, maintain security and prevent duplicate processing of the same message. Processing is necessary to handle a conversation initiated by the user and is based on the controller's legitimate interest in providing efficient and secure communication.
4. Automated Assistance
Replies may be prepared automatically by an Ollama language model running locally on the controller's computer. The system does not make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect users.
5. Processing Location and Recipients
A limited conversation history is stored locally on the controller's device. Content provided to Ollama is not sent to an external AI model provider. Meta Platforms processes data as the provider of Instagram and the Instagram API under its own terms and privacy policy. Lena Veyss System does not sell this data or use it for targeted advertising.
6. Retention
The system limits local context to a maximum of the 20 most recent conversation entries for each sender and up to 2,000 processed message identifiers used to prevent duplicates. Data is deleted when it is no longer needed to support the conversation, following a valid user request or during periodic system maintenance.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction or deletion of their data, restriction of processing or portability, and may object to processing. Users may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. Instructions are available on the User Data Deletion page.
8. Security and Changes
Access to locally stored data and API credentials is restricted to the system operator. This policy may be updated when system features, applicable law or Meta platform requirements change. The current version will always be published at this address.
