1. Scope of the Service
Lena Veyss System supports the handling of messages voluntarily sent by Instagram users to @lenaveyss. Conversations on Instagram are also governed by Meta's terms and platform policies.
2. Automated Replies
Some replies may be prepared automatically by a locally operated language model. They are conversational and informational only. They do not constitute legal, medical or financial advice, a binding offer, or a promise of a meeting, payment or contract.
3. Communication Rules
Users must not use the conversation for unlawful activity, threats, harassment, spam, attempts to obtain credentials or the transmission of malicious content. The operator may restrict or end a conversation that violates these rules.
4. Availability
The system may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, Instagram availability or network services. Continuous availability or a reply within a specific period is not guaranteed.
5. Privacy
Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on the User Data Deletion page.
